Step 1
We are looking for qualified personnel who meet your requirements thanks to our contact and verification networks in countries abroad. We make sure to recruit competent and truly qualified candidates to carry out the work for which our partner wants to receive him within his staff. For this, we let's put in place an approach that allows us to do a first interview of verification of certain data (schooling, experiences, activities, etc.) Our knowledge of the environment allows us to verify the candidate's declarations and even the legality of the companies in which he has accumulated his experience. This first selection allows us to make a first filter. The final selection comes down to our partner who, through a second interview, makes the ultimate decision on the basis of the professional skills of the candidate or candidate.

Step 2
This step allows you to apply for the EIMT (Étude d’Impact sur le Marché du Travail), a document without which the permit cannot be issued to an applicant. Our partner NBL is registered with ESDC (Employment and Social Development Canada) and has an account there allowing it to request EIMT for its partners. We expect better cooperation with you so that you provide us with the information we will need for the assembly and monitoring of the request. The fees to date charged by the government to the employer (you) are $1000 CAD.

Step 3
This step is a procedure aimed at obtaining for the candidate the temporary selection of the Quebec. This is the Quebec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ). This request is preceded by the request for the Evaluation of the effects of the job offer on the labor market in Quebec. We are responsible for carrying out these two requests, and you must provide us with all company information requested in these requests. Expenses government related to these two requests are worth $420 to date

Step 4
Once the above steps are completed and the documents are issued, they will allow us to apply for a work permit (Visa) immigration. Several pieces of information about the candidate will be requested and we will make sure to obtain them in order to properly present this work permit application which is the step delicate procedure. This final step should result in obtaining the visa.

Deux mandats possibles selon vos besoins spécifiques

These four stages can be summarized in two main mandates: that of recruitment only and that of monitoring the file to obtain the documents necessary for the establishment of the selected candidate.

Step 1

The recruitment aspect is managed by ProFullService. Which allows you to select the ideal date until the necessary work schedule is established to obtain the LMIA. So this is Step 1 of the process.

Steps 2, 3 and 4

The monitoring of the file and compliance with government requirements is done in collaboration with our partner NBL Immigartion who holds all government and Provencial authorizations for this. These are Steps 2, 3 and 4 of the process.
