Step 1
Nous Recherchons du personnel qualifié qui répond à vos exigence grâce à nos réseaux de contacts et de vérification dans les pays à l'étrager. On s’assure de recruter les candidates et candidats compétents et réellement qualifiés pour réaliser le travail pour laquelle notre partenaire veut le recevoir au sein de son personnel. Pour cela, nous mettons en place une approche qui nous permet de faire une première entrevue de vérification de certaines données (scolarité, expériences, activités etc.) Notre connaissance du milieu nous permet de vérifier les déclarations du candidat et même la légalité des entreprises dans lesquelles il a accumulé ses expériences. Cette première sélection nous permet de faire un premier filtre. La sélection finale revient à notre partenaire qui par une seconde entrevue prend la décision ultime sur la base des compétences professionnelles de la candite ou du candidat.

The preparation and monitoring of the file at the level of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC)
Step 2
This step allows you to apply for the EIMT (Étude d’Impact sur le Marché du Travail), a document without which the permit cannot be issued to an applicant. Our partner NBL is registered with ESDC (Employment and Social Development Canada) and has an account there allowing it to request EIMT for its partners. We expect better cooperation with you so that you provide us with the information we will need for the assembly and monitoring of the request. The fees to date charged by the government to the employer (you) are $1000 CAD.

Step 3
This step is a procedure aimed at obtaining for the candidate the temporary selection of the Quebec. This is the Quebec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ). This request is preceded by the request for the Evaluation of the effects of the job offer on the labor market in Quebec. We are responsible for carrying out these two requests, and you must provide us with all company information requested in these requests. Expenses government related to these two requests are worth $420 to date

Step 4
Once the above steps are completed and the documents are issued, they will allow us to apply for a work permit (Visa) immigration. Several pieces of information about the candidate will be requested and we will make sure to obtain them in order to properly present this work permit application which is the step delicate procedure. This final step should result in obtaining the visa.

Deux mandats possibles selon vos besoins spécifiques

These four stages can be summarized in two main mandates: that of recruitment only and that of monitoring the file to obtain the documents necessary for the establishment of the selected candidate.

Step 1

The recruitment aspect is managed by ProFullService. Which allows you to select the ideal date until the necessary work schedule is established to obtain the LMIA. So this is Step 1 of the process.

Steps 2, 3 and 4

The monitoring of the file and compliance with government requirements is done in collaboration with our partner NBL Immigration who holds all government and Provencial authorizations for this. These are Steps 2, 3 and 4 of the process.
